Understanding the Climb: A Webinar for Men in Construction

Description

Women continue to face challenges many men in construction have never experienced… ladder rungs that are missing, broken, sticky, or slippery on the climb to leadership. This webinar creates a judgment-free space for men in construction to learn the OneLadder framework and understand these challenges firsthand, so questions can be asked openly, and understanding can turn into action. Attendees leave with practical ways to ask better questions, notice what they've been missing, and become active participants in removing these barriers. Consider it your organization’s headstart to WIC Week... and the foundation of a commitment that extends long past one week each year.
