Women continue to face challenges many men in construction have never experienced… ladder rungs that are missing, broken, sticky, or slippery on the climb to leadership. This webinar creates a judgment-free space for men in construction to learn the OneLadder framework and understand these challenges firsthand, so questions can be asked openly, and understanding can turn into action. Barb Allen spent more than 30 years in construction, climbing the ladder from Tradeswoman to Operations Director. Her career gave her a front-row seat to the challenges that stall women's advancement in this industry and to what it takes to eliminate those challenges. She is the author of OneLadder to Leadership and host of the Constructive Behaviors podcast, and now speaks to leaders and organizations across construction and other predominantly male industries to build stronger, more equitable paths to leadership.
